There are very good news for training clients who have participants from India.

Thanks to a new advanced routing, participants from India can access deskMate virtual training environments in our German data center in Frankfurt even faster. Connections from India are routed to a data center in India and then routed to Germany via a high-performance, low-latency connection.

Indian participants can thus achieve an average latency of less than 150ms (149ms in the example of a participant below). A delay, e.g. of the mouse movement, with such low latencies is usually no longer perceptible despite the distance.

This Advanced Routing at our virtual training environment happens automatically in the background and is available for all deskMate training customers

In the near future, additional countries and regions will be connected via the Advanced Routing function to offer your subscribers from these regions an even better user experience.
