What does deskMate have to do with cooking pasta 🍝?

When creating a training course, you will notice that you cannot enter the current time as the start time, but at the earliest 10 minutes later. Our system needs these 10 minutes to create your participants, assign them the correct rights and access times and prepare the training pool. After that, the environment is ready to eat 😉

Feel free to choose more participants than you have registrations for.

In our new training creation interface, the number of participants can be selected when creating the training. Feel free to select more participants than you have participants to create. deskMate is billed according to the pay-as-you-use model. This means that only participants who also use the virtual training computers are billed. This means that you will not be charged for too many participants.
