Why is it no longer possible to switch on 🤔

What happened ??
There is a desktop that you can no longer open in the Admin “Desktops” view. You can start and stop it, but not switch it on. The button for switching on is also no longer fully blue, but only slightly bluish This can happen if you have a “Reseller” login account, i.e. a login with which several environments can be managed.

The desktop is not yet enabled for you as a user to look at it. Don’t panic, this is very easy to fix and can be done as follows. You log in as the local admin of the environment. In the “Desktops” view, go to the “Advanced Menu” and then click on the “Enable support access” button. You do not need to memorize the support code that is then displayed. The “Reseller” can now do this without it.

That’s it already. From now on, every reseller of your company can connect to the desktop as usual.
