New “Early Trainer access” function

Oops, there’s something else new.

That’s right, our screen for creating new training courses has a new checkbox. The “Early trainer access time”. Here you can check whether the trainer(s) can access the system before the training starts.

It often happens that trainers want to access the training computers in advance to prepare themselves. Previously, this could only be changed afterwards in the user view. Now it can be done when the course is created.

The time after ticking this checkbox is specified in days. If you tick the checkbox and enter e.g. 1 day and your training starts on 28.01. at 8:00, the trainer(s) can access the training from 27.01. at 0:00.

If, for whatever reason, you want to change this time period afterwards, or grant a subsequently created trainer access in advance, you can do this as before via the user view in the admin area.
