No set-up costs
With deskMate, there are no set-up costs or initial investment. You only pay when you really need it.
No costs if no training
If no training courses take place in a given month, you will not incur any costs. Retention costs are completely eliminated.
No contract/subscription
There are neither long-term terms nor rigid subscription models. You decide for yourself when and how often you use deskMate.
No upfront costs
A monthly advance payment is not required. Billing takes place retroactively at the end of each month.
No going through the roof
Thanks to our monthly cap, your costs won't get out of hand even with higher training volumes.
No purchase obligation
Billing is automatic per use. You don't have to specify the exact number of participants in advance and only pay for what you use.
Scenarios and prices
The costs are based on the sizing of the virtual training computer and whether or not Microsoft licenses (OS, Office, SQL, ....) are also rented.
Although there are theoretically infinite price variations, we have listed typical scenarios for you. If your scenario is not listed, please contact us. This also applies if you are interested in special university conditions.

* If the training computer is used on more than five days in a calendar month, it will be charged with a monthly cap (= maximum price), regardless of how many days it was used.
All prices are per training computer and statutory VAT.
