What are the user types?

With the new Suvervisor/Trainer View https://deskmate.cloud/en/supervisor-view/ we have also introduced a new user type, the Suervisor/Trainer. Since you keep asking questions about when, who should be taken and what rights the individual user types have, here is a small overview.

Here are the current deskMate user types and their permissions:

What type of user should be taken for what. Here are our recommendations.

User/Trainee:                  
Participants of trainings.

Supervisor/Trainer:
Trainers who should not have admin rights. They can have their own desktop, monitor and connect to the desktops of their participants and reboot them if necessary. Ideal also for trainers or partners from outside the company.

Localer Admin:
Trainers who do the organizational/administrative part in deskMate in addition to training. But also training organization with few classrooms

„Reseller Admin“:
The training organization when there are several classrooms. With one login all classrooms of the company can be managed.
