New search and filter function, as well as grouping of users

They were requested by many, now they are here. The new deskMate search and filter functions in the user view, as well as the possibility to group users.

Admittedly, in environments with many users, it was sometimes tedious to select several users to set unlock and lock times, for example. From now on, the search and filter function makes this work much easier.

Now you can search for single words, but also for parts of words, you can set filters for a user group, user role, or the status of the user account.

If the appropriate users are displayed, they can be selected or deselected for the Multi Actions with one click.

It is now also possible to group users. For example, the users of a pool can be grouped, or the users of a specific training. The grouping of the users is done via the Multi Actions.
