Difference between „Owner“ and „Admin“

You may have wondered what the difference is between the two users.

Both users have the same admin rights. The first user created in a deskMate environment is the „Owner“ and this user automatically has admin rights.

An „Owner“ cannot be deleted. If this should be necessary, then you can assigne another administrator as „Owner“. The previous one then becomes the „Admin“ which can be deleted.

In the admin menu under Account/Settings and then under „Change account Owner“ the „Owner“ can be changed.
