Whether you are a training org, admin or trainer. Please read this article carefully, because it can save your training. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The horror of every administrator or trainer. Shortly before the start of the training, you realize that the template you have already selected is the wrong one. Or even worse, the training has already started and now you realize that the template is wrong or faulty. <\/p>\n\n

Thanks to our new extended edit function for already created trainings, nobody needs to panic anymore.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

A “Template” field has been added to the edit mask.<\/p>\n

If the training has not yet started<\/strong> (even 5 minutes before the start of the training), you can simply select a different template. The access links remain the same and there are no other changes for trainers or participants. <\/p>\n\n

If the training has already started<\/strong>, deskMate training computers that have already been started are shut down and reset (i.e. all data is deleted). When the deskMate training computers are restarted, they start with the new template. Access links are also retained here. <\/p>\n\n

The new template can be loaded within seconds. Of course, it is important that you have a template with your correct training level. <\/p>\n\n
