Time and again, trainers and participants of multi-day training courses report that the training computers were still running on the last day of training, but are now restarting. <\/p>\n\n

However, this behavior is not a mistake, it is the way it should be. To avoid consuming unnecessary energy, the training computers shut down automatically after 18 hours of inactivity. <\/p>\n\n

This means that if, for example, a participant closes the browser tab to the deskMate desktop at 16:00, the training computer automatically shuts down at 10:00 the next day, unless the participant has reconnected. <\/p>\n\n

But don’t worry, the data (except the unsaved data) will be retained.<\/p>\n\n
