There is a new function for all training computers<\/p>\n\n

In order to offer your training customers an even better user experience, we have developed the deskMate Prestart<\/strong> function for you.<\/p>\n\n

Due to updates, virus scanners and license updates, it often took a long time for training computers to boot up after the start. This has repeatedly led to dissatisfaction among participants. <\/p>\n\n

But that is now a thing of the past.<\/h2>\n\n

If you have created a training course via the training interface or will do so in the future, the training computers are started automatically the night before the course begins. This means that any delayed updates are already completed when the participants connect to the desktops. <\/p>\n\n

deskMate Prestart is now<\/mark> available to all training customers at no extra charge. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

To avoid wasting resources unnecessarily, we ask that you only create as many participants in a training course as you have registrations for.<\/p>\n\n
